The Swan Hotel offers plenty of space to accommodate a formal dinner, a business meeting, a casual get-together, or a family reunion. Our studios and cottages are ideal for your individuals or couples, and our Penthouse Suite is perfect for hosting up to 12 guests.
Meeting Space at the Northwest Maritime Center
Northwest Maritime Center is across the street from the Swan Hotel and offers a larger meeting space with expansive waterfront views. Their main meeting room accommodates up to 200 guests, and smaller spaces are available for more intimate gatherings and small meetings.

The Swan Hotel’s quaint size and seaside location make it a special location for family and friends to gather on your big day. Plus, our downtown setting means your guests are close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment if they choose to explore a bit on their own. We are happy to work with you to coordinate rehearsal dinners, receptions and private after-parties for your group. Stay in one of our cottages or use the Penthouse Suite for your wedding party when you plan your nuptials and reception at Port Townsend’s popular nearby venues.
